After twenty one plus years in the Real Estate Industry, and travelling abroad, My Sales and Management Career and Personal Objective has been learned by experience in the Industry, with much to share on a daily basis. The passage of time lays the road for change ahead into the future, and time to share my knowledge and experience.

Changes 2018-2019 onwards:
New Legislation Anti Money Laundering and the Countering of Financing Terrorism Act 2009, or AML & CFT Act 2009 for short brings massive change from 01-01-2019 for the Real Estate Industry.
I am registered as a Reporting Entity with Department of Internal Affairs as a Compliance Officer for my company.
As a Locum Real Estate Business Agent and Business Manager, I can step into any business as a Business Manager and Compliance Officer, or Sales Team Manager. I have Licensed Approval by the Real Estate Authority of New Zealand to operate as an Independent Locum Real Estate Agent with two Licenses to step into Your Business.
There are many procedures in place to comply with for my own Company to report to the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA), and then more procedures to follow when I work with any other business as a Business Manager or Compliance Officer. Or as Supervisor under Section 50, team trainer, mentor, market statistic analyst, business development manager, property manager, role player, advertising and marketing creator, trust account management, business financials profit and loss reporting, guidance in so many areas with a listening ear and offer to help you.

Property Management is the busiest area at the moment due to legislative changes that are ongoing, and I have been involved for over 21 years with knowledge to share to any Landlord and Property Manager. Many tenants have been an integral part of my life during 1997-2018.

Time brings my experience in sales of around 30 plus years in sales, 10 years selling Vax Vacuum Cleaners door to door, and laterly operating my own business within the Real Estate Industry for 21 plus years, with the ability to share with other people the way to be successful and get the job at hand done. With a “do it now” attitude. Knowledge to mentor and coach any team to meet their sales targets with consistent results required to fulfill their role while remaining upfront open and educated about the legal aspects of the contracts they are writing.
The New Year brings change with vision to being part of your team to assist your business environment where I can share my knowledge and experience and help grow the team results through supervision, determination and experience.
My time spent in Perth in Western Australia after the Earth Quake in Christchurch was an unforgettable experience, satisfying myself that I could work in another country, and be successful at what I do the best. Which ultimately is to communicate with people from all works of life to achieve the positive result. Happy Vendors, and Purchasers, thus Happy Customers. Happy Tenants with concluded sales and new homes.

Achievements:
From the excitement of from opening a brand new Real Estate office from the floor up, recruiting a team of new salespersons from other industries and actively taking approximately 25% market share within the 1st 18 months of opening the office; Success was right there and then.
My greatest achievement was:
In March 2007, I was awarded a highly sought after award for membership to the LJ Hooker Captains Club and then in June 2007, I was awarded the LJ Hooker achievement award to Multi Million Dollar Chapter which is a prestigious award for achieving the highest personal sales in that year for the New Zealand with the highest level of commission earned in the New Zealand.
- The trophy received is shaped like a diamond crystal and stands approx 28cms high and is the highlight of my achievements.
- In the same year at the same award ceremony held in Auckland, I also received the top office award for the South Island for LJ Hooker. I spoke at the National Team Conference with many guests at the awards ceremony about the journey of our offices and the teams success.
